North American Airline Gnats.

Hey All!

The Gig and Grand Opening of NAAG went awesomely, wickedly well on Saturday! Fist City and The Pine Tarts rocked it and more than 100 people filed through the door to take in the best new art/ music scene in the 'Bridge. The cards were a huge hit and we have almost 200 great NAAGisms to enter on the blog. Come back in a few days and check out the list!

Art Goes North-side!!

The north-side artists' studio formerly known as, well, nothing - has decided on a name: NAAG.

But now there's much debate, dissent and disagreement among the group and the meaning of the acronym (after all, Nobody Argues About Girl-guides). We are calling for outside intervention. On Sat, April 17, from 8:00 til 1:00am there's a: Name Arrr Amateur Golfteam opening at the Northside Albino Art Gallery - 255 12Cst N. We're calling on all attendees to bring their best explanation(s) for the acronym: NAAG. We'll have business cards ready to go and everyone is free to fill in as many of our official business cards as they like. Of course, we hope you'll take one home to your loved ones. As always, count on great art, awesome live music and beverages available. We're asking a $2 cover for the bands. All are welcome to this invite-only affair. I just hope it's Not Another Abattoir, Gerry.
